Bonjour à toutes nos familles

Our amazing  basketball heroes - Christine and John Nixon - strike again!

Over the weekend (with the help of Damien Fordyce) they installed brand new backboards and hoops.  Christine and John really are basketball heroes! Thanks so much.

Ridgway Chess Club

The Ridgway School Chess Club is looking for a keen parent to run the tournament lunchtimes. The rounds will be held once a week. No specific chess knowledge is required, the main task is to assign the pairings and collate the results. Chess tutor Mark van der Hoorn will email the info for each round to the school office which would then be printed off and collected on arrival.

These games are important as they are a key component in the selection of the school teams for the upcoming interschool competitions. There is some flexibility as to what day the games could be played (Mondays or Thursdays) so if you are interested please let the office know, and which day would suit you best.
