Cancellation of Premier Event

As we will still be in Level 2 on Thursday, we are now cancelling the Premier Event. It has been an emotional day, especially breaking the news to Harriette that we have had to cancel it. You can see what happened here. We are working on an online version that you can enjoy at home instead! Thank you to those of you who submitted clips for this event. These will form part of the online version.

Korero with Kathryn - tonight 6 - 7pm

Do you need more information about how to use the parent portal, access your child's data and interpret the results? Kathryn is hosting a 'Korero with Kathryn' tonight from 6 - 7pm to help you with this. Please RSVP to office@ridgway.school.nz if you would like to attend.

Whānau Group

We have attached the poster for the Whānau Group. This group is made up of parents and caregivers who are interested in growing tikanga Māori and te reo Māori at Ridgway. Meetings are held once a term and they welcome everyone to join the group. Check out their poster and email office@ridgway.school.nz if you're keen to join.

Disco - September 16th

This just in from our disco committee...

Hi everyone,

We would like to inform you of two upcoming discos - junior disco (year 0-3), and senior disco (year 4-8). These will both be held on Wednesday the 16th September, in Tui (Room 1).

The junior disco will be at 4.30 - 5.30, and the theme is scary/spooky! And the senior disco will be at 6.00 - 7.30, and the theme for that is rainbow!

The entry cost is a gold coin donation, and the food prices are; $1 for popcorn, $1 for lolly bags, and $1 for juice. All profits will go towards school camp!

There are some prizes as well, one is best dressed, another is the cutest couple, and the best dancer.
