He mihi mahana ki a koutou katoa - warm greetings to all.
Te Wiki o te Reo Māori
We have a couple of wonderful tuakana who have been filming daily episodes of te reo lessons. You can watch these on our facebook page and here is a link to the latest episode. This is the last episode in the series, however (*spoiler alert*) Hamish makes an exciting announcement in today's episode!
A reminder about our Teacher Only Day - Friday 25 September
We are closed next Friday for a teacher only day. We also have another teacher only day on November 30th. As the Ministry of Education gave all schools 8 teacher only days to use by 2022, we need to use the right amount this year so we don't end up having to take too many next year.
Asbestos Removal Work during the holidays
Asbestos is being removed from the old buildings at school, prior to demolition. This means that the school grounds are closed during the holidays so this work can be safely carried out. You can read more about that here (PDF).
We wish our senior school all the best for their camps next week! Fingers crossed for good weather and fun adventures.
Ngā mihi
