 Catering for diverse learners in schools today requires us to teach differently and to organise our school differently to the past.  Children's experience of going to school at Ridgway in 2015, should be very different to their parents experience of school.

 When a student works hard on a task set by the teacher, and the work is marked and found to be not quite good enough; shouldn't the student understand why not?  

 Is handwriting a lost art? Should we spend time teaching children to write quickly and legibly by hand?
